JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a friendly and knowledgeable **GoHighLevel and AI Instructor** to join the AI Operator Academy.

Your role will be to teach students how GoHighLevel, AI tools, and basic automations are used in real business settings.

You don’t need to be an expert developer or know every technical tool. We’re looking for someone with practical experience who enjoys helping beginners learn.

Position Details

- **Work Setup:** Remote
- **Schedule:** Part-Time or Full-Time
- **Monthly Salary:** $600–$1,200 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, and agreed working hours

## What You’ll Teach

- GoHighLevel basics and navigation
- CRM pipelines and contact management
- Forms, calendars, funnels, and campaigns
- Basic workflows and automations
- Email and SMS follow-up sequences
- Practical ways to use AI tools for business tasks
- Basic integrations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools

## Responsibilities

- Lead beginner-friendly online lessons
- Demonstrate GHL, AI, and automation tools
- Explain technical concepts using simple English
- Help develop lessons, exercises, and practical assignments
- Answer student questions
- Review student work and provide helpful feedback
- Assist with improving course materials when needed

## Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Familiarity with AI tools and basic automation
- Good spoken and written English
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable teaching beginners
- Ability to explain processes clearly
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet and professional teaching environment
- Teaching, coaching, training, or presentation experience is preferred but not required
