JOB OVERVIEW

Clean425 is a US-based residential and commercial cleaning company looking for a confident, organized, and high-energy sales professional to join our remote team.

This role works closely with our onsite estimator. The estimator meets with customers, inspects properties, and gathers information in the field. You will help ensure each estimate is properly documented and that all required customer information, notes, photos, pricing details, and follow-up tasks are accurately entered into our systems.

You will also follow up with customers who do not approve the work during the onsite appointment. This is a team-based sales role. Success depends on strong communication and coordination between you and the estimator—not simply making independent sales calls.

*Compensation:*

- Base pay: $800 USD per month
- Monthly performance bonuses: Typically $200–$600 USD in addition to base pay
- The estimated bonus range is based on current performance metrics, but actual earnings will depend on individual and team sales results

*Schedule:*

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Fixed schedule from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
- One-hour unpaid lunch each workday
- Weekend availability is required
- No routine overtime expectations

*What You’ll Do:*

- Work directly with an onsite estimator throughout the sales process
- Review estimates to ensure documentation is accurate and complete
- Enter customer details, scope information, notes, photos, pricing, and follow-up tasks
- Identify missing information and work with the estimator to resolve it
- Follow up with customers who did not approve services onsite
- Answer customer questions about estimates, services, pricing, and scheduling
- Help move open estimates toward approval and booking
- Respond to inbound phone calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Operations, and office staff
- Learn our residential and commercial exterior cleaning services
- Meet individual and team sales goals

*What We’re Looking For:*

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with US customers
- Previous sales, appointment-setting, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Comfortable following up with customers and asking for the sale
- Able to work closely with another salesperson as part of a coordinated team
- Clear communicator who asks questions when information is incomplete
- High energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
- Reliable, organized, and able to work without constant supervision
- Reliable computer, headset, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace
- Ability to work a fixed Pacific Time schedule
- Experience with CRM, estimating, or communication software is preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office, Podium, ResponsiBid, ServiceMonster, WhatsApp, ---------- , or similar systems is helpful, but we will provide training on the specific tools we use.
