We are looking for a reliable and professional Interview Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be contacting job applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating Microsoft Teams meetings for our hiring managers.

This is a straightforward position with a simple workflow. If you’re organized, communicate well in English, and enjoy speaking with people, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Review new job candidates from our hiring website.
* Call candidates to discuss interview availability.
* Schedule interview appointments.
* Create and send Microsoft Teams meeting invitations for the appropriate hiring manager.
* Forward interview details to the assigned interviewer.
* Update candidate statuses and move on to the next applicant.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Friendly, professional phone etiquette.
* Comfortable making outbound calls.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
* Basic computer skills.
* Familiar with Microsoft Teams (or willing to learn quickly).
* Able to follow processes consistently.

Compensation

* $3.00 USD per hour
* Paid bi-weekly via PayPal
