JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an **exceptionally skilled professional in AI agents, agentic systems, and advanced business automation**.

We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to use ChatGPT or build basic automations. We are looking for a senior expert capable of analyzing the operations of structured companies with multiple departments and large teams, and transforming those operations into a fully integrated **agentic operating system**.

The selected candidate must be able to design, develop, and implement ecosystems of AI agents that can collaborate with each other, access business tools, manage information, and automate complex workflows across the organization.

## Responsibilities

* Analyze company processes, workflows, and operational structures;
* Identify activities that can be automated, optimized, or managed through AI;
* Design multi-agent systems and advanced agentic architectures;
* Build specialized AI agents for different departments, roles, and business functions;
* Connect agents with CRMs, databases, email, Slack, documents, internal software, APIs, and other business tools;
* Automate repetitive tasks, communications, reporting, analysis, data management, and decision-support processes;
* Develop workflows where multiple agents collaborate, exchange information, and complete tasks autonomously;
* Implement human approval systems, monitoring, logging, permissions, and error-handling processes;
* Ensure that all automations are reliable, scalable, secure, and suitable for companies with large teams;
* Train internal teams and create clear documentation for the systems developed.

## Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of:

* Agentic systems and multi-agent architectures;
* Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, and other leading language models;
* Advanced prompt engineering and context management;
* Tool calling, function calling, memory systems, RAG, and company knowledge bases;
* APIs, webhooks, databases, and software integrations;
* AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools;
* Automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom-built solutions;
* Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages;
* Data access management, permissions, privacy, and security;
* Building systems that are observable, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.

We are looking for someone who can understand an entire business structure and build an AI-powered operating system capable of supporting or automating departments such as:

* Marketing;
* Sales;
* Customer support;
* Administration;
* Human resources;
* Project management;
* Operations;
* Analytics and reporting;
* Document management;
* Internal communication.

## Ideal Profile

We are not looking for a basic no-code automation specialist or a generalist developer.

We are looking for someone with:

* Proven experience building AI agents and agentic systems;
* Strong business-process analysis skills;
* Strategic thinking and the ability to design complete systems;
* Excellent technical and integration capabilities;
* The ability to turn complex operational problems into practical solutions;
* A strong focus on security, reliability, and scalability;
* The ability to work independently and collaborate with team leaders and department managers;
* A practical, results-driven approach focused on real business adoption.

Direct experience automating structured companies with multiple departments, large teams, and interconnected workflows will be considered a major advantage.
