JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Full-Time Marketing Specialist
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: $1000 - $1200 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our marketing activities from planning through execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop marketing ideas, create content, manage campaigns, generate leads, track performance, and consistently improve our online presence. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, results-driven, and comfortable working independently with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the company’s overall marketing plan
Take ownership of marketing campaigns from concept through execution
Create and maintain a consistent content calendar
Write and publish content for social media, email, website, and other channels
Manage company social media accounts and maintain regular posting
Develop lead-generation campaigns to attract prospective clients
Support outbound marketing and prospect outreach initiatives
Create marketing materials, presentations, graphics, and promotional content
Manage email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences
Update website content and coordinate basic website improvements
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and new marketing opportunities
Track campaign performance, website traffic, leads, and conversions
Prepare regular marketing performance reports
Recommend improvements based on marketing data and results
Coordinate with sales and management to ensure marketing supports business goals
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
Qualifications
Previous experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience creating social media and email marketing content
Basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnels
Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting
Strong organizational and project-management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
Reliable internet connection and remote-work setup
Availability from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
Preferred Experience
Marketing experience with a professional services or accounting firm
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or similar tools
Experience with basic video editing and graphic design
Knowledge of search engine optimization and website management
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
