JOB OVERVIEW

As an Account Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients throughout their credit repair journey. You will provide updates, answer questions, conduct follow-up calls, and ensure every client receives a professional and positive experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts.
Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls.
Respond to client emails, text messages, and portal communications.
Complete scheduled follow-up appointments and account reviews.
Review client credit reports and explain progress clearly.
Document all client interactions in the CRM.
Maintain accurate notes and account records.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns.
Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
