JOB OVERVIEW

Golden Restoration LLC is looking for an experienced Blueprint Estimator to join our team. We are seeking someone who can accurately read construction plans, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, and prepare competitive project estimates for both residential and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret architectural and construction blueprints.
Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from plans.
Prepare detailed estimates for labor and materials.
Review project specifications and identify the complete scope of work.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
Prepare professional proposals and budgets.
Work closely with the project management team throughout the bidding process.
Required Experience

Applicants must have estimating experience in the following trades:

Interior & Exterior Painting
Drywall
Metal & Wood Framing
Finish Carpentry
Hardwood & LVP Flooring
Tile Installation
Bathroom Remodeling
Kitchen Remodeling
General Interior Renovations
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of construction estimating experience.
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost estimating.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Experience with estimating software is a plus.
