At Freedom Management, we're seeking an Investor Relations & InvestNext Specialist who will take complete ownership of our investor management platform and deliver a best-in-class experience for our investors. Your ability to maintain impeccable records, respond promptly, and proactively solve problems will make you an invaluable member of our growing team.
As our InvestNext Specialist, you'll serve as the primary owner of InvestNext, ensuring every investor record, ownership percentage, document, distribution, and communication is accurate and up to date. You'll coordinate investor onboarding, reconcile ownership records, prepare distribution documentation, manage operating agreements and amendments, and respond to investor inquiries with professionalism and urgency. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, finance, legal counsel, and accounting while continuously improving systems and workflows that reduce errors and create an exceptional investor experience. Every day requires precision, accountability, excellent communication, and the ability to investigate issues thoroughly until they are fully resolved.

Required Experience
? 2+ years of professional experience in investor relations, fund administration, real estate syndication, private equity, or a related field.
? Hands-on experience with InvestNext and investor record management.
? Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
? Experience managing confidential financial information and meeting recurring deadlines.
? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required.
