JOB OVERVIEW

G'day! We're Sam and Olie, two brothers running Clientyr, our Australian family business. There's some Filipino in our blood too, so hiring from the Philippines feels like a natural fit for us. We're a small family operation looking for a genuine hard worker to grow with us long term.

What Clientyr does

We help Aussie tradespeople (plumbers, heating and cooling businesses) get their time back from paperwork and admin. The funnel is simple: Facebook and Instagram ads send ---------- to a free online assessment, then we sell a $49 blueprint and a $499/year done-for-you service. We launched recently, we're funded, and we're serious about this.

Why this role exists

Sam currently runs the ads himself on top of running the business. We need someone better at ads than we are to take the machine over completely, so Sam can focus on managing the business and Olie can build the product. You'd be our only ads person, working on one business, with real ownership and a direct line to the owner every day. No juggling 30 client accounts.

What you'll own

Our Meta campaigns end to end: structure, audiences, exclusions, optimisation events, launch and daily optimisation.

A short written report each morning covering spend, results, cost per result, and what you recommend we do.

The cold-traffic to retargeting funnel.

Scaling winners and cutting losers. We cap budget increases at 20-30% per 48 hours, so you'll need patience and discipline.

Working with Olie, who makes the reels and image sets. You tell him what the numbers say needs changing.

A weekly strategy call with Sam.

You must have

2+ years hands-on running Meta campaigns with real budget responsibility.

Proof of your results: screenshots or case studies of campaigns you personally ran, with cost-per-result numbers.

A solid grasp of the pixel, Conversions API, custom audiences, retargeting, and the learning phase.

Strong written English, since the daily report is how we work together.

Availability during Philippine day hours. We're on Melbourne time, so the overlap is natural and you'll never work a night shift.

Nice to have

Lead-gen or low-ticket funnel experience. Experience advertising to trades or home services. Google Sheets reporting.

How we treat our people

You look after your people and they look after you. In practice that means pay on time via Wise, 13th month pay, paid Philippine holidays after your trial month, and a performance bonus when your cost per sale beats target. Your trial month is paid at the full rate. We don't ask for free test tasks that take a week. Sam's actual job is managing people, and he answers messages. As Clientyr grows, your pay gets reviewed with it.
