JOB OVERVIEW

Motion designers: if you've started using AI to move faster, we'll pay for every tool and keep you fed with briefs.

We're an ecommerce health brand advertising on Meta, hiring one person to own our animated ad creative full time.

THE OUTPUT
One batch a day: 1 hold (the main animated ad, 45 to 90 seconds) plus 3 hook variations to test against it. Vertical 9:16, captioned, with sound.

THE BLEND
Real motion craft (After Effects, Blender) combined with AI generation (Kling, Veo, Google Flow, Higgsfield, Runway). Characters, claymation feel, 2D, 3D, mixed media. Not logo animations, not UI motion, not corporate explainers - ads that have to stop a scroll and then hold someone for a full minute.

WHAT YOU GET
Every AI subscription paid for, a written brief and script for every ad, and the marketing principles behind them. Most motion designers never learn whether their work sold anything. Here you will.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio of motion or animation work. Lead with it.
- AI generation tools in your workflow, or the ability to pick them up fast.
- Dependable daily delivery, 5 to 6 days a week.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working on sensitive health and personal-care topics. Details shared with shortlisted applicants.

PAY
$2,000/month base plus performance bonuses up to $2,000/month on ads that scale.
Two paid test briefs at $65 each (paid on quality), then a two-week paid trial, then full-time.
