Through YouTube, podcasts, social media, and online courses, the brand shares practical insights from a Big 4 accounting career and helps professionals accelerate their careers.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Content Operations & Publishing Assistant to help manage the distribution of our growing content library.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content, organisation, systems, and making sure great content reaches the right audience.
The Role
The goal of this role is simple:
Take finished content and turn it into published, organised, searchable content across all platforms.
You will work closely with Jag and help ensure content is consistently published across:
YouTube
Podcast platforms
Website/blog
Instagram
TikTok
LinkedIn
Responsibilities
1. Success Subtext Podcast Publishing
For weekly podcast episodes:
You will receive:
Final edited video
Thumbnail
Episode information
Key themes/resources
You will:
YouTube:
Upload full podcast episodes.
Add thumbnails.
Add descriptions.
Add links/resources.
Add timestamps/chapters.
Add playlists.
Add pinned comments.
Add tags.
Add end screens.
Schedule releases.
Podcast platforms:
Upload episodes.
Add episode titles/descriptions.
Schedule releases.
Check publishing.
2. Podcast Website Show Notes / Blog
For every Success Subtext episode:
Create and upload website show notes including:
SEO-friendly title.
Episode introduction.
Summary.
Resources mentioned.
Links.
Images.
Embedded video/audio links.
You will format and publish the blog post or prepare drafts for approval.
3. Short-Form Content Distribution
For finished short-form videos:
Manage distribution across:
Success Subtext channels:
YouTube Shorts.
Instagram Reels.
TikTok.
LinkedIn page.
Jag Dhaliwal ACA channels:
YouTube Shorts.
Instagram.
TikTok.
LinkedIn.
Responsibilities include:
Uploading videos.
Adding captions.
Scheduling posts.
Ensuring correct formatting.
Maintaining consistency.
4. ACA YouTube Content & Blog Publishing
For ACA educational videos:
You will:
YouTube:
Upload videos.
Add thumbnails.
Add descriptions.
Add links.
Organise playlists.
Schedule releases.
Website:
Create blog posts from videos:
Including:
SEO-friendly titles.
Article formatting.
Key points.
Embedded videos.
Relevant links.
This helps turn videos into searchable website resources.
5. Content Calendar Management
Maintain a content tracker showing:
Content created.
Status.
Scheduled date.
Platform.
Published date.

6. Canva & Content Support
Using existing brand templates:
Create simple supporting assets such as:

You will not be expected to:

Your role is to make sure the content Jag creates is distributed effectively.
Hours & Growth
Starting commitment:
8–10 hours per week
