JOB OVERVIEW

Podcast Editor - CEO MUM

Experience editing interview-led podcasts and creating viral social content is essential. Must be able to show examples. Edit long-form video podcast interviews into compelling, high-retention content across YouTube and Spotify.
Plus captivating short form clips on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Shorts and LinkedIn. Looking for someone that pays high attention to detail, so add the word, hero to your subject line when replying to this application. You'll identify the strongest moments, craft engaging short-form clips, and ensure every edit reflects the CEO MUM brand.


3 full podcast edit (45–90 minutes)
10–20 high-quality short clips
Captions and formatting for each platform
Basic YouTube thumbnail creation and support
File organisation and content exports

MUST HAVE:
1–3 years editing podcasts and social content
Fluent English
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling and retention
Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut, with CapCut for social edits
Able to create subtitles, thumbnails and basic motion graphics

Delivery turn around per episode is weekly.
Must be able to grade the video or create a grade that we can work with across multiple eps.
Must be able to sound check and create good audio across all content.
Must be able to add basic graphics (see current podcast season for the assets we use).
