We're a young, hungry email marketing agency with 8 active clients and serious growth potential. Right now our bottleneck is delivery — and that's where you come in. We're building an AI-powered design workflow that can handle 10+ clients at scale, and we need a designer who's ready to own that workflow and push the quality bar every single week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a high-output, high-quality design role. You'll use our AI-powered workflow to produce email designs that are creative, brand-accurate, and never generic. You are not just executing templates — you are raising the standard every week.

Email design production — target: 70 emails per day using our AI-assisted workflow (Claude + Figma + AI image generation)
Figma design — all designs built in Figma, structured for clean HTML export and Klaviyo implementation
AI image generation — create high-quality, brand-aligned visuals. Products must be placed correctly and look premium
Flow email design — design full email sequences across our 7 core flows (~4 emails each), ensuring visual consistency end-to-end
A/B test design — produce design variants (layout, CTA, imagery) to systematically improve performance

Email design research — study top email brands weekly, spot new trends, bring fresh references to the team. No generic work — ever
Brand research — before designing for a client, understand their brand deeply. Visuals must match the campaign's message and purpose

THE WORKFLOW

Tasks are planned and assigned in ClickUp. When a task is assigned to you, the deadline shown is the deadline — no exceptions
You pick up the copy from Google Drive and build the design in Figma using our AI workflow (Claude + image generation tools)
Designs are exported as HTML, ready for Klaviyo implementation
Once your design is complete, you mark the task as done in ClickUp — an operator will then review the design before it goes live
1 team call per week + 1 one-on-one call per week with the Founder — everything else runs async through ClickUp

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

AI-native designer — you use Claude, Figma, and AI image generation daily. Not as a gimmick — as your actual workflow
High output, high quality — you can hit volume without letting quality slip. Speed and craft coexist in your work
Brand-sensitive — you don't just make things look nice. You understand what a brand is trying to say and you design for that
Research-driven — you're constantly studying the best email brands and translating what you learn into better work
Reliable and accountable — deadlines are non-negotiable. You flag issues early and communicate clearly
Hungry to grow — you want to improve every week and you take pride in getting better

REQUIREMENTS

Strong Figma skills — design and layout for HTML email export
Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, or similar)
Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools as part of a design workflow
Understanding of email design (hierarchy, CTA placement, mobile responsiveness)
Excellent written English for async communication
Available to work 40h/week and consistently hit deadlines
