ull-Time | Work From Home | Australian Construction Company

We are an Australian commercial construction company based in Perth, Western Australia.

We are looking for a Contract Administrator / Estimator to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

IMPORTANT

Please DO NOT apply if you have never worked on Australian commercial ceiling and wall projects.

We are only looking for applicants with experience in the Australian construction industry.

Responsibilities
Quantity take-offs from drawings
Preparing estimates and BOQs
Reviewing architectural and construction drawings
Contract administration
Variations and progress claims
Material take-offs
Procurement support
Communicating with Australian builders, architects and suppliers
Assisting project managers
Essential Requirements

You MUST have:

Experience working for an Australian commercial ceilings and partitions contractor
Experience with quantity take-offs and estimating
Strong knowledge of:
Plasterboard
Suspended ceilings
Steel framing
Rondo systems
Fire-rated walls
Acoustic walls
Fibre cement
Cladding systems
Able to read Australian architectural and construction drawings
Good written and spoken English
Stable internet connection
Able to work Australian business hours
Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following:

Bluebeam
CostX
PlanSwift
Buildsoft
Microsoft Excel
Procore
HammerTech

Knowledge of products including:

CSR Gyprock
Rondo
Siniat
James Hardie
Bradford
Cemintel
Salary

Salary is negotiable and will depend on your experience.
