About the Role

We're hiring legal support professionals to work with Australian law firms and in-house legal teams.

The work typically involves drafting and reviewing documents, managing matter files, conducting research, and keeping matters moving so the lawyers you support can focus on advice and advocacy. Accuracy and discretion matter enormously here.

Prior exposure to Australian legal practice is valuable but not essential — we'll support the right person through the learning curve.

What We're Looking For

Legal qualification, paralegal certification, or equivalent practical experience
Exceptional written English and close attention to detail
Experience with document management or practice management systems
Sound judgement around confidentiality and client privilege
Willingness to work Australian business hours
