EAD Consultants is an Australian business and IT consulting and recruitment firm based in Penrith, NSW. We connect skilled Filipino professionals with Australian businesses across a range of industries, supporting long-term, stable remote engagements.

About the Role

We're hiring marketing professionals to support Australian businesses across content, social media, search and campaign delivery.

Depending on the position, you might be writing and scheduling content, running paid campaigns, improving search visibility, or producing design assets. Most of our clients are small to mid-sized businesses, which means you'll see the results of your work directly rather than being one small part of a large machine.

We're looking for people who can write well, work to a plan, and back their creative instincts with numbers.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated marketing experience with a portfolio or examples of work
Strong written English and a good ear for brand voice
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Comfortable working to content calendars and reporting on performance
Reliable home internet and a suitable home office setup

What We're Looking For

Healthcare administration, medical billing or clinical support experience
Working knowledge of medical terminology
Familiarity with practice management software (Medical Director, Best Practice, Cliniko or similar)
Strict adherence to patient privacy and confidentiality requirements
Excellent written and spoken English and a compassionate phone manner
