About the Role

We're hiring sales professionals to support Australian businesses with outbound prospecting, lead qualification and account management.

Depending on the position, you might be making outbound calls and booking appointments, qualifying inbound enquiries, or managing an existing book of clients. The common thread is resilience — this is work where the tenth call matters as much as the first.

We're looking for people who are comfortable on the phone, disciplined about follow-up, and keep their CRM clean without being asked.

What We're Looking For

Proven outbound or inside sales experience, ideally with Western clients
Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral accent
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or similar)
Comfortable working to targets and activity metrics
Reliable home internet, quiet environment and a good headset
