• Find solutions to customer needs and create a smooth, enjoyable experience
• Stay knowledgeable about products and company processes

What We Are Looking For
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a customer service representative role
• Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation; a neutral or US accent is preferred
• Familiarity with online selling platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, or others
• Knowledge of tools like Zendesk, Zoho, or RingCentral is a plus
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home
• Backup device and power source available
