JOB OVERVIEW

About us:
We're an early-stage platform that helps people find and evaluate care abroad. Patients travel
for surgery, dental work, hair restoration, fertility treatment, and more, and they're making those
decisions on very little real information. On our platform, patients post their full journey: the
provider, the costs, the recovery, the outcome. So the next person researching can decide
based on real experience instead of marketing.
We're operating quietly while we build, so we're keeping the company name off this post. We'll
share everything before you do any paid work with us.
The role
We're looking for someone to grow our presence in the online communities where people talk
about getting care abroad, and to bring patients onto the platform to share their stories. Reddit,

Facebook groups, Instagram, and WhatsApp groups, primarily around Turkey, Mexico, and
Colombia.
Most of this work is one to one conversation. You'll find people who've been through a
procedure, reach out personally, and invite them to share their journey. You'll also post in
communities where it's welcome.
If you're good at starting real conversations with strangers online and getting them to respond,
this is your role.
What you'll do:
- Find and engage people across Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
communities who have had care abroad
- Run personalized one to one outreach by DM, Messenger, and WhatsApp
- Manage follow-ups and stay in the conversation through signup
- Post and engage in relevant groups, following each community's rules
- Find and join new relevant communities, including WhatsApp groups
- Track every convo and outcome in a shared tracker
- Report daily on what's working and flag anything that needs the founder
Requirements:
- Access to warmed-up, established social accounts (Facebook, Instagram) capable of
joining groups and posting, plus active WhatsApp for group participation and outreach.
- These can be your own or accounts your team manages. Tell us what you have.
- Proven outreach experience with numbers attached. Tell us what you sent and what it
produced.
- Excellent conversational written English. You'll be writing to real people about something
personal, so it has to sound human.
- Reliable internet and the ability to overlap with US Pacific hours during onboarding
- Comfortable working in a shared tracker daily

Nice to have:

- Community management or community building experience
- Content creation, especially short-form social content
- Fluent Spanish or Turkish
- Personal or family experience with medical travel
- Experience in health, beauty, or wellness communities
