JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based promotional products and corporate gifts company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Quoter / Pricing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to our sales process and focuses on sourcing products, obtaining vendor pricing, preparing accurate quotes, and helping our team deliver exceptional service to clients.

This is a long-term opportunity, and we are open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

## Work Schedule

* Monday to Friday
* 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Los Angeles / Pacific Time)

## Salary Range

* USD $4–$5 per hour, depending on experience

## Responsibilities

* Source products from industry suppliers and vendors
* Request, compare, and organize vendor pricing
* Prepare accurate client quotes and pricing proposals
* Review product specifications, decoration methods, and production timelines
* Negotiate pricing with suppliers when appropriate
* Communicate with U.S.-based vendors via email and phone
* Maintain quote records and pricing spreadsheets
* Verify production schedules and in-hands dates
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify the best products and pricing solutions for clients
* Ensure quotes are accurate, complete, and delivered on time

## Qualifications

* Strong spoken and written English
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Comfortable managing multiple quotes and deadlines simultaneously
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Experience in promotional products, sourcing, purchasing, quoting, customer service, or administrative support is preferred

* Cell phone for company phone system access
* Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time hours
