JOB OVERVIEW

Digital One Marketing is a boutique Australian digital marketing agency looking for an experienced UX and Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

This is a long-term position for a highly skilled designer who understands premium, modern design and can confidently manage a variety of creative projects. Previous experience working within a digital marketing, web design or creative agency is essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Design high-quality website layouts and user experiences using Figma or similar software
* Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile
* Develop logos and complete brand identity kits
* Design social media posts and campaign graphics
* Create Meta advertising creatives designed to capture attention and drive conversions
* Follow existing brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across all materials
* Manage multiple client projects and priorities simultaneously
* Complete revisions efficiently and meet agreed deadlines
* Work collaboratively with our development and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For
* At least 3 years of professional graphic and UX design experience
* Previous experience working for a digital, marketing or creative agency
* A strong portfolio demonstrating website design, branding and digital advertising work
* Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar professional design tools
* Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design and conversion-focused layouts
* Excellent attention to detail, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy
* Ability to work quickly without compromising design quality
* Confidence handling multiple projects at different stages
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Reliable communication and availability during agreed Australian business hours
* Strong time management and a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to take feedback professionally and apply revisions accurately

About the Role
We are a fast-moving boutique agency managing projects across a range of industries. You will need to be organised, responsive and comfortable moving between website designs, branding projects and social media campaigns.

We value designers who can think independently, communicate clearly and bring creative ideas to the table. We are looking for someone dependable who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers polished designs.

Salary: Up to AUD $2,500 per month, depending on your experience, portfolio and demonstrated capabilities.

This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to build a stable, long-term career within our agency.
