JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an exceptional WordPress & WooCommerce Developer to join our growing team. This isn't a role for someone who simply builds websites—we're looking for a developer who understands performance, security, search visibility, and creating world-class eCommerce experiences.

What You'll Do
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
Build responsive, high-performing eCommerce experiences.
Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and conversions.
Configure and maintain SSL certificates and secure hosting environments.
Perform regular website maintenance, updates, backups, and monitoring.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Required Skills

You must have proven experience with:

Worpress and WooCommerce development
SSL installation, configuration, renewal, and HTTPS troubleshooting
WordPress cybersecurity, including security hardening, malware prevention, firewall configuration, vulnerability management, backups, and recovery
Technical SEO, on-page SEO, schema markup, XML sitemaps, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), including structured data, AI search optimization, featured snippets, and optimizing content for AI-powered search platforms
PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL, and REST APIs
Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom theme development
Git/version control and modern WordPress development workflows
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Cloudflare, CDN configuration, and DNS management
Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Experience with WooCommerce subscriptions, memberships, and payment gateways
Knowledge of server management (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed)
Experience improving website conversion rates
