About Us

We are Relationship Renovation, a rapidly growing relationship education company founded by licensed marriage therapists EJ and Tarah Kerwin.

Our mission is simple:

Help couples build healthier, stronger relationships through practical, science-backed and authentic conversations.

Each week we produce a podcast, YouTube videos, short-form content, online coaching programs, retreats, and educational resources that reach thousands of people around the world.

We're looking for someone who loves organization, enjoys creating systems, embraces AI tools, and wants to become an important part of helping meaningful content reach more people.

This is not a typical virtual assistant position.

You will become the operational engine behind our content.

Your Primary Mission

Your primary responsibility is to manage everything that happens after our podcast has been professionally edited.

Our goal is simple:

EJ and Tarah create.

You own the production workflow.

What You'll Be Doing
Podcast Production
Receive edited podcast files
Generate transcripts using Castmagic
Run our AI workflows
Review AI output for quality
Upload episodes into RedCircle
Format episode descriptions
Insert links
Schedule weekly podcast releases
Verify successful publication
Video & Short-Form Content

Each week you'll help transform one podcast episode into multiple pieces of content.

Responsibilities include:

Identify the strongest clips using our AI workflow
Edit vertical videos inside CapCut
Add captions
Add opening hooks
Add branding
Schedule YouTube Shorts
Upload Instagram Reels
Upload Patreon "Tip of the Day" videos
Organize all content inside our publishing calendar
AI-Assisted Content

We use AI every day.

You do not need to be an AI expert.

You do need to enjoy learning how AI can improve workflows.

You'll learn how we use ChatGPT to:

Analyze podcast episodes
Generate titles
Write descriptions
Create social captions
Brainstorm hooks
Improve workflow efficiency

We're looking for someone excited about the future of AI, not someone intimidated by it.

Executive Support

You'll also help with:

Organizing our email inbox
Drafting routine responses
Scheduling discovery calls
Organizing Google Drive
Helping us stay organized as the company grows
