JOB OVERVIEW

We are DALO, a digital marketing agency in Melbourne, Australia. This is a one-off project on a client's
WordPress + WooCommerce website (Australian trade-services business — domain shared privately with the
person we hire).
THE SITUATION, IN SHORT
The site has been hacked (spam pages, a rogue admin account, likely backdoors) and it is also old and
neglected — it needs a proper cleanup, security hardening, and a general rebuild/refresh. We have already done
our own investigation and have a written brief with what we know.
HOW THIS GIG WORKS
1. AUDIT FIRST (paid). We give you access and our notes. You go through the whole site — security AND general
site health — and report everything you find, including things we may have missed.
2. QUOTE. Based on our brief plus your own findings, you give us one itemised fixed quote to clean, secure, and
rebuild the site.
3. THE WORK. If we accept your quote, you do the job. Exact deliverables will be given to you in writing at this
stage.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Solid experience with WordPress, WooCommerce and cPanel
- You have personally cleaned hacked WordPress sites before (not just installed a security plugin)
- Careful worker: the site has a custom booking system that must not break
- Some daily overlap with Melbourne time (AEST) and short written updates in clear English
