JOB OVERVIEW

We run Local Lead Machine, a marketing system that books high-intent estimates for home service businesses (roofing, concrete, tree service, landscaping, etc.). Your job is simple but demanding: call & text new leads within 3 minutes, qualify them, and book solid appointments on our clients’ calendars. Follow up & qualify leads for 7-14 days until they book. Fast, consistent contact massively increases show-up and close rates, which is why this role is so important.

Base pay + Performance bonuses

Job Responsibilities

Speed-to-lead:Call every new lead within 3 minutes of opting in (goal: under 60 seconds whenever possible).Make at least 2 attempts in the first hour if they don’t answer.Qualify & book:Use our script and checklist to qualify leads (location, job type, timing, budget, decision-maker).Book estimates directly into the client’s calendar (we use Go High Level).Follow-up & nurture:Work every lead for up to 14 days with calls, SMS, and??email using our cadence.Confirm appointments, send reminders, and reschedule no-shows where possible.Pipeline hygiene:Log all notes, call outcomes, and statuses inside Go High Level.Tag/label leads correctly so clients and the team can see pipeline health at a glance.Continuous improvement:Join weekly call-review/roleplay sessions.Hit and report on daily KPIs: dials, contacts, booked estimates, show rate.

Job Requirements

Excellent spoken English with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent. availability in Pacific Time (PST): ideally 8 am-6 pm PST, weekdays (flexible weekends are a plus). Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a good headset. Preferred: Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or other CRMs. Comfortable reading and sticking to a script while still sounding human.Obsessively organized: you like staying on top of every lead until it’s booked, closed, or disqualified.Coachable; you take feedback well and enjoy getting better.
