JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term Position

We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with proven experience in Property Management Accounting and Yardi. If you have a strong accounting background, enjoy working with property financials, and are looking for a long-term remote opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for residential and commercial properties.
Record and maintain financial transactions using Yardi.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
Maintain tenant ledgers, owner statements, and property financial records.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Property Management team to resolve accounting issues.

Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Yardi
Minimum of 2 years of Property Management accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience supporting U.S.-based property management companies.
Familiarity with residential, commercial, or HOA property accounting.
Experience with owner reporting, tenant accounting, and bank reconciliations.
