JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We're a performance marketing operation that posts short-form video content to TikTok every day. We're hiring a reliable Content Poster to run our daily posting and light in-app tasks on Apple devices.

The work is simple and repetitive once you learn it — we give you complete step-by-step guides and training videos. You don't need marketing experience. What we need is someone reliable, accurate, quick to respond, available every workday during a set shift, and equipped with Apple devices.

- Job Type: Full-Time (6 hours/day, 5 days/week)
- Pay: $4.00/hour — ~$120/week to start, grows with volume and devices
- Schedule: Fixed 6-hour daily shift in the morning/midday US-Eastern window.
Device Requirement:

- This role runs on Apple devices — iPhone or iPad, iOS only.
- You must own at least one iPhone or iPad.
- The more Apple devices you have, the better — extra iOS devices are a real advantage and can mean more work and higher pay.
- Android devices do not work for our system. Please only apply if you have Apple devices.

Your Daily Shift — how the 6 hours work

Your shift follows the same simple pattern every day:

1. First ~2 hours — Posting. You post the day's batch of short videos and photo posts to a set of TikTok accounts from our list, then copy a short tracking code from each post into a shared Google Sheet. You finish this early in your shift so everything's ready for the rest of the day.
2. Remaining ~4 hours — In-app tasks. During this window you complete quick, guided in-app actions on the posts as they go live (simple steps we walk you through), and update their status in the sheet. This part is on-call within the window — you stay available and handle each post as it comes up.

By the end of your shift, the day's posts are all handled. Clear start, clear finish. Full training and written steps provided for everything.

What You'll Do:

- Post short-form content to TikTok accounts from our queue (on iOS)
- Copy a tracking code from each post into our Google Sheet, accurately
- Complete quick guided in-app tasks on posts during the daily window
- Update post status in the sheet and keep it accurate
- Respond quickly in our chat and report anything broken or unclear

Everything you need arrives as a link in our system. You never source or create content — you post what's given and follow the steps.

What We're Looking For:

**Must have:**
- **At least one Apple device (iPhone or iPad, iOS).** More is better. No Android.
- Stable, reliable internet
- **Commitment to a fixed 6-hour daily shift, 5 days a week**, in the US-Eastern morning/midday window — time-tracked, online the whole shift
- Careful attention to detail — a mistyped code means wasted work
- **Fast, active communication during your shift** — you're reachable and responsive the whole time
- Ability to follow written instructions exactly, without improvising

- Pay and hours grow with volume and with how many Apple devices you can run
