About the Role:

We are a growing portfolio of online media brands serving engaged audiences across meaningful niches including mental health, personal development, and wellness. Our digital newsletters reach hundreds of thousands of readers daily, delivering valuable content that helps people live better lives.

We're looking for a genuine astrology expert who can also write — someone who lives and breathes
charts, transits, and planetary movements, and can turn that knowledge into content that captivates our
audience.

This is a dual role: you're both our in-house subject-matter expert (keeping all our content astrologically
accurate and credible) and our writer (producing horoscopes, articles, guides, and content that readers
come back for). Astrology readers can spot a faker in two sentences — we need someone whose depth of
knowledge shines through every piece.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. As a Writer:
• Write engaging astrology content: daily/weekly/monthly horoscopes, zodiac sign deep-dives, transit
and retrograde explainers, compatibility guides, and educational articles
• Adapt your writing across formats: long-form articles, short-form social content, email newsletters,
and scripts for video content
• Make complex astrological concepts accessible and exciting for beginners while staying credible with
experienced readers
• Keep a content calendar aligned with real astrological events (new moons, retrogrades, eclipses,
major transits) so our content is always timely
2. As an Expert:
• Act as our internal authority on all things astrology: review and fact-check content produced by the
wider team for astrological accuracy
• Advise the Creative Strategist and marketing team on angles, hooks, and themes that resonate with
the astrology audience
• Support the On-Camera Host with expert input for interviews — suggesting guests, reviewing
questions, or appearing as an expert voice when needed
• Stay on top of trends in the astrology space: what topics, formats, and conversations are gaining
traction

Requirements:
• Deep, demonstrable astrology knowledge: natal charts, houses, aspects, transits, synastry, and
current planetary events — beyond sun-sign basics
• Proven writing experience with published astrology (or adjacent) content you can show us — articles,
horoscope columns, blogs, newsletters, or social accounts
• A distinctive, engaging writing voice — informative without being dry, mystical without being vague
• Fluent English writing skills with strong self-editing habits• Reliability with deadlines — horoscopes tied to real celestial events can't be late

Nice to Have:
• Formal astrology training or certification (e.g., diploma programs, established schools) — or an
equivalent track record of client readings
• Knowledge of multiple systems (Western, Vedic, Chinese) or related fields (tarot, numerology, human
design)
• Experience writing for conversion: content that leads readers toward an offer or product naturally
• An existing audience or following in the astrology/spirituality space
• Comfort using AI writing tools to speed up drafting while keeping expertise and voice front and center

Who This Role Is NOT For:
• General content writers who plan to research astrology as they go — our audience will notice
immediately
• Experts who can read a chart brilliantly but can't write an engaging sentence
• Writers who miss deadlines — the stars don't wait, and neither does our content calendar

Work Details:
Hours: 4 hours per day with possibility to transition to full time
Location: Remote
