JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency focused on YouTube. We work with premium brands and creators you would recognize across tech, gaming, and entertainment, and we have a real track record of closed deals.

We want one person to own a set of brand relationships and turn interest into repeat revenue. You would work alongside the founders.

Expect the role to change. We move fast and test a lot, so your focus and targets will shift as we learn what works. If that sounds fun rather than stressful, you will fit in well here.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a set of brand accounts and be their main point of contact
- Give each brand real attention and turn one-off work into long-term partnerships
- Follow up with brands that showed interest and drive deals to close
- Run outreach to keep new interest coming in
- Use our AI tools and tech stack to move fast

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of work experience. This should not be your first job.
- A reliable executor who gets things done without being chased
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable with tech and quick to learn. You use AI tools every day and pick up new ones fast. We train you on ours.
- Confident on calls and comfortable owning revenue targets
- Organized and strong at follow-through

BONUS POINTS
- Experience in account management, the creator economy, or an agency
- A feel for YouTube sponsorships and how brand deals get priced
- Experience with US, UK, Canada, or Australia and New Zealand clients
