We are looking for a full-time Shopify Website Builder / Ecommerce Website Support Specialist to join our growing team.
Our company serves creative entrepreneurs, crafters, custom apparel businesses, gift businesses, event businesses, and small ecommerce brands. We help our clients build beautiful, functional Shopify websites that allow them to sell products, accept custom orders, showcase their brand, and grow their businesses online.
We currently have a full-time website builder on our team, but we are looking to add another skilled builder who can assist with client website projects, maintenance requests, Shopify updates, and possibly landing pages or funnel builds.
This role is perfect for someone who is experienced with Shopify, has a strong eye for clean and professional design, understands ecommerce customer flow, and can work independently while also communicating well with a team.
Responsibilities
Build new Shopify websites from start to finish using approved client branding, products, images, and business details.
Customize Shopify themes to create clean, modern, professional websites that match the client’s brand style.
Create and organize website pages such as Home, Shop, About, Contact, FAQs, Policies, Custom Order Request, Collections, and other needed pages.
Set up product listings, product descriptions, product photos, variants, pricing, collections, tags, menus, and navigation.
Create collection-based shopping experiences for businesses that sell items such as apparel, tumblers, custom gifts, graduation items, memorial products, jewelry, party rentals, bundles, team orders, and personalized products.
Set up custom order request forms, inquiry links, and clear customer order processes when needed.
Make Shopify websites easy for customers to understand, shop, and purchase from.
Upload and format product images, banners, mockups, graphics, and other website visuals.
Create or edit basic website graphics using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Assist with Shopify app setup when needed, including review apps, forms,
Help connect domains, payment settings, shipping settings, taxes, policies, and other basic Shopify settings.
Make regular updates for clients who have website maintenance packages, including adding new products, updating collections, changing banners, editing text, updating photos, and improving website layout.
Support our Design Club clients with Shopify-related questions, website edits, product uploads, and customer service needs.
Communicate with our design team, executive assistant, project managers, and clients when information, images, branding, product details, approvals, or other required materials are missing.
Keep website projects updated inside ClickUp, including task status, notes, missing items, completed work, and project timelines.
Use our preferred client intake system to review submitted website information, identify missing pieces, and move projects forward efficiently.
Help track how long website builds and maintenance tasks take so we can improve our production process and complete client websites quickly.
Assist with maintaining and updating our company Shopify websites as needed.
Review websites for mobile responsiveness, broken links, missing information, formatting issues, and overall customer experience before submitting for approval.
Follow internal SOPs, checklists, deadlines, and communication processes.
Communicate clearly with the team about project status, missing information, client needs, blockers, and completed tasks.
Additional Preferred Responsibilities
Experience building landing pages or sales pages is a plus.
Experience with GoHighLevel is a strong plus, but not required.
We would love to find someone who can support both Shopify website builds and landing page/funnel-style website design, but we are open to hiring someone whose main strength is Shopify.

Strong experience building Shopify websites.
Strong understanding of Shopify themes, products, collections, menus, pages, apps, and settings.
Good design eye and ability to create websites that look polished, clean, and professional.
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
Ability to organize ecommerce products in a way that makes sense to customers.
Ability to create customer-friendly website layouts and shopping experiences.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and project checklists.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly when information is missing or when a project is delayed.
Comfortable communicating in English through written messages.
Ability to manage multiple website projects and maintenance requests at the same time.
Comfortable using project management systems such as ClickUp.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with custom product businesses, apparel brands, gift shops, craft businesses, personalization businesses, event businesses, or service-based ecommerce businesses.
Experience with Shopify custom product options.
Experience creating website banners, product mockups, and branded graphics.
Basic SEO knowledge, including product titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and collection descriptions.
Experience with Shopify
Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Google Drive, Loom, Slack, or similar tools.
Experience building landing pages, sales pages, lead capture pages, or funnel-style website pages.
Experience writing or improving basic website copy.
Experience troubleshooting Shopify apps and theme issues.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position.
We are looking for someone who can work consistently, communicate daily, and be available for team check-ins as needed. Some meetings may happen during Eastern Time business hours, so availability for occasional morning or daytime meetings Eastern Time is important.
Because we bring in new clients and members regularly, we need someone who can help us complete websites efficiently while also supporting ongoing maintenance requests.
What We Are Looking For
We need someone who does not just “design pages,” but understands how to build websites that help small businesses sell.
The right person will be organized, creative, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to take a client’s business information and turn it into a professional Shopify website.
You should be able to look at a brand, understand the customer, organize the products, create a clean shopping experience, and make the website feel trustworthy and easy to use.
