Join Moon Nude and Help Build the Future of Performance Creative

Moon Nude is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand creating thoughtfully designed quilted bags and accessories for women around the world. We sell through our own online store, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, and we're building an exceptional in-house marketing team to support our next stage of growth.

We're looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to own our paid social creative strategy from end to end. This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll work directly with leadership to develop high-performing creative that drives customer acquisition.

What You'll Do
Own the creative strategy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid campaigns
Conduct customer, competitor, and market research
Develop creative angles, messaging, and testing hypotheses
Write detailed briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize creative
Lead structured creative testing and scale winning concepts
Collaborate closely with the Media Buyer
Help build and lead our growing in-house creative team

What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or a similar role
Proven experience with DTC/eCommerce brands
Strong experience creating performance-driven Meta ad creatives
A data-first mindset with experience analyzing metrics such as CPA, nCAC, NC ROAS, Hook Rate, and Hold Rate
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
Experience leading or collaborating with editors, designers, and UGC creators
Comfortable managing multiple products and campaigns simultaneously

Bonus Points
Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion, or similar attribution platforms
Shopify experience
Background in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Consumer Products
Experience scaling performance creative for US brands
