JOB OVERVIEW

YouTube Video Editor (Long-Term)

I'm looking for one dedicated video editor for a long-term collaboration on a YouTube channel.

What You'll Be Editing
Videos are usually 10–14 minutes long.
Around 5–7 videos per week (if everything goes well, you can take on more if you'd like).
Each video must typically be completed within 12 hours of receiving the voice-over.

Style & Expectations
The content is commentary/news.

The most important part of this role is:

Carefully listening to the host.
Finding appropriate footage.
Placing the right footage at the right time.
Keeping the pacing engaging throughout the video.

Requirements
You must be experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or another professional video editing software.
You must be communicative and respond quickly.
You must be fluent in English.
You must be reliable and straightforward.
You must be able to consistently meet deadlines.

Availability
Intended to be a full-time collaboration.
A long-term mindset is essential.
If we work well together, I have multiple channels we can work on together.

Payment
Pay: $2.00 per finished minute
Average upload duration: 10–14 minutes
Uploads: 5–7 videos per week (with the opportunity to take on more if you'd like)
Approximately 22–30 videos per month

Estimated monthly earnings: $600–$840, depending on the number and length of videos.

As we continue working together, we will increase your pay based on your performance, reliability, and consistency.
We're preferably looking for someone mature and experienced.
