We are seeking experienced Outbound Callers with a strong background in customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers over the phone, possesses excellent communication skills, and is highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Experience or familiarity with real estate transactions, real estate terminology, and the overall real estate process is highly preferred. This role involves making outbound calls, maintaining accurate customer records, organizing reports and documents, ensuring all customer interactions are properly documented, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the team's daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to new and existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call activities, and follow-up actions.
Update and manage CRM systems with complete, accurate, and timely information.
Organize and maintain reports, documents, and administrative records to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility.
Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities while working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Ensure all customer interactions and account updates are thoroughly documented in accordance with company policies and standards.
Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and company data at all times.
Follow company procedures, policies, and established call processes.
Provide professional and courteous customer service during every customer interaction.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to support daily operations and achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:
Previous experience in the real estate industry with outbound calling, customer service, or a similar role, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and well-organized documentation.
Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
