JOB OVERVIEW

Sukachova Media LLC is a media production company selling services and advertising/sponsorship opportunities to businesses in the United States. We're growing our remote team and need an HR & Recruitment Manager to take ownership of hiring and managing our people so the founders can focus on running the business.

What you'll do:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for sales and outreach roles (closers, cold callers, appointment setters)
Review applications, run first-round interviews, and assess English, phone manner, and experience
Handle all communication with candidates — replies, scheduling, follow-ups
Onboard new hires: walk them through our offers, scripts, tools, and CRM, and make sure they understand the job
Explain our processes clearly and answer questions from new tea ---------- mbers
Keep the team organized and check in on how people are doing
Coordinate test tasks (e.g. sample call recordings) and give the founders a clean shortlist to make final decisions

Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English
Experience in recruitment, HR, or team coordination (remote teams a plus)
Confident communicator — comfortable interviewing people and onboarding them
Organized and self-driven — you own the hiring pipeline without being micromanaged
Comfortable working with US-based candidates and time zones
Ability to judge sales/communication talent is a big plus
