JOB OVERVIEW

**Job Type:** Full-Time | Base Salary | Remote

**About the Role:**
We're looking for an experienced, confident closer to run booked video sales calls (Google Meet) with insurance agents interested in enrolling on a pay-per-call lead platform. These are booked calls, not cold outreach — you'll run 10-25+ calls per day and close.

**What You'll Do:**
- Take 10-25+ booked video sales calls per day via Google Meet
- Present the offer and close agents on a $250 minimum enrollment
- Follow up briefly with your closed agents to make sure they activate and start using the platform
- Full-time schedule, 9-7 EST (Miami Florida Time)

**Compensation:**
- $3/hour base pay to start, paid weekly/biweekly [your call]
- Your first 30 days are an onboarding and ramp-up period as you learn the script, get comfortable on camera, and build your closing rhythm
- After 30 days, top performers will have the opportunity to move to a pay structure that includes commission on top of base — full details shared as you approach that milestone

**Requirements:**
- Proven sales/closing experience — you'll be asked to close us live on a script during the interview
- Little to no accent, must speak clearly and be easy to understand
- Must look clean, professional, and camera-ready — this is a video-call role, presentation matters
- Professional, tidy background for video calls
- Strong, stable internet connection
- Quiet, noise-free work environment
- Coachable — able to take direction and implement feedback immediately
- Full-time availability, no other jobs/gigs during working hours (experience working night shift is preferred)
