JOB OVERVIEW

We run a fast growing direct-response marketing agency building landing pages and ad creatives for US e-commerce brands. We are a small team with a fast-paced, fun work environment and team culture. We need a graphic designer who uses AI tools to work 10x faster, not someone who can only prompt AI, and not a designer who refuses to use AI.

What you'll do:

- Design static ad images for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
- Create landing page images (hero images, product shots, UGC-style photos, infographics)
- Combine AI generation (Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Midjourney) with real design work: compositing products, fixing details, typography, layout
- Review batches of AI-generated ads and pick the winners: catch bad anatomy, warped products, garbled text, and weak ad copy
- Iterate on feedback fast and deliver organized, ready-to-launch files

Requirements:

- Strong graphic design fundamentals: Photoshop (or equivalent), typography, layout, color. You must show real design work.
- Proven experience creating Meta static ad images (show real examples)
- Strong experience with AI image tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar) and prompt writing
- Excellent written English
- Sharp eye for what makes an ad look native and scroll-stopping vs obviously AI-generated
- Night shift: you'll work US timezone hours. Only apply if you're genuinely comfortable with a graveyard schedule. After 90 days of strong performance, we're open to discussing partial schedule flexibility.

Big plus:

- Copywriting experience or the ability to judge which ad copy is strong
- Experience building prompts, workflows, or skills for LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate images
- Figma or Canva for fast layout work

Rate: $6-9/hr USD depending on experience, plus 13th month pay · Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, US timezone (night shift PH time)
