JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a full-time CapCut editor to make AI videos using tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, Veo (OMNI flash frames), Kling, and Grok.

The work is simple once you learn it: I give you a fully-specced script card, you generate the AI clips and the AI character talking, drop the voice in, and edit it together in CapCut. You'll be trained extensively on all of it. Previous CapCut experience is required — the AI tools you don't need any experience with, we'll teach you.

It's genuinely easy once you get the hang of it.

What you need

Strong attention to detail (this matters most — the same character has to look identical in every clip, and every line of the script has to make it in)
Strong written + spoken English
Strong, reliable internet connection, WORKING CAPABLE COMPUTER
Previous experience with CapCut / TikTok / Instagram editing
Good at working with a team
Quick to learn and able to take feedback without getting defensive
Able to deliver each video within 24 hours of being assigned — this one's important, it's how the whole system runs
Available 6–8 hours a day (never more, sometimes less)
Able to work 5–6 days a week (days off whenever you need them, as long as you're mostly consistent)
Can receive payment through Wise / GCash
Philippines or similar time zone
How it works
Every video comes as a Trello card with the full script, the exact prompts to copy, the character reference, and a build + quality checklist. You follow the card, tick the checklist, and drop the finished 9:16 in the Drive folder. Nothing is left for you to guess.

Pay

$400/month base — roughly $4–6 per video, 3–4 videos a day
$50 bonus any time a video you made hits 1,000,000 views
$10 weekly consistency bonus — deliver 2+ clean videos on any 5 days in a week (pick the days that work for you)

Pay grows as you get faster and your videos perform
Bonuses only count on videos that pass the quality check — right character, every line in, clean captions, no filters. Fast and sloppy doesn't count; fast and clean earns everything.

How to apply

Complete the short recreate assignment below and send it back to me. Should take under an hour, all free software. This is exactly the kind of video you'd be making, so it's how I see whether you actually know what you're doing. Applications without it won't be reviewed.

1. Generate the character in Gemini / Nano Banana (free).
Use this prompt:

"Ultra-realistic iPhone selfie photo of a 70-year-old Latina woman with thick, healthy, shoulder-length hair, sitting in her bright bathroom holding a small glass bowl. Shot on an iPhone front camera, vertical, propped and still, like a real amateur selfie video — NOT a photoshoot, NOT an ad. Authentic untouched skin with visible pores, fine lines, real texture and natural skin tone, a slight shine on her face, a few flyaway hairs. Natural, slightly imperfect phone exposure, visible sensor grain, mild lens softness. Casual, slightly off-center framing. Looks exactly like a real screenshot pulled from a real woman's phone."

The single most important thing I'm looking at: does it look like a real phone selfie, or does it look like a glossy AI ad? If it looks like an ad, regenerate it.

2. Make her talk (HeyGen free trial, or ElevenLabs voice).
Use this short script, spoken naturally:

"You're gonna think I've lost my mind — but pour a little rosemary water right onto your thinning part and watch what happens. Give it two weeks. Those little baby hairs start pushing through, right where you swore the follicle was already dead."

3. Make it TWO clips, not one.
Generate a second short clip of the same woman (any second line, or a close-up of her scalp/part). I want to see whether she still looks like the same person in clip two — same face, same skin tone, same hair. Character consistency across clips is the #1 thing that makes or breaks these videos.

4. Edit it in CapCut the way you'd actually deliver it:

Yellow word-by-word captions (karaoke style — each word pops as it's spoken), timing and spelling perfect
Cut all the dead air so the pacing is tight
No cinematic filter, no color grade — it has to stay looking like a real phone video
Export vertical 9:16
5. Send it as a Google Drive link — and make sure I have view access (this trips a lot of people up; double-check it).
