JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable WordPress Content Assistant for a long-term collaboration.

This is a structured, repetitive job with clear instructions. Accuracy and consistency are more important than creativity.

Schedule

* Every Monday
* Approximately 3–4 hours per week
* Remote
* Long-term position

Task 1 – Update 20 Directory Listings

Every Monday you will update 20 company listings.

Use one of these category pages:

* Private Care Services
* 24-Hour Home Care
* Home Care & Household Assistance

Simply choose the first 20 listings that do not have a company logo.

For each listing:

1. Company Logo

* Open the listing.
* Click “Visit Website”.
* Download the company logo from their website.
* Crop the logo into a square.
* Upload the logo to the listing.

If there is no website or no usable logo, skip the company and continue with the next listing.

2. Contact Information

Verify and update if necessary:

* Phone number
* Address
* Website

Format all Swiss phone numbers exactly like this:

3. Location address

Verify and update if needed and not correct in the listing:
* Street, NR, Zip, City
* Latitude
* Longitude

4. Listing Content

Insert the generated content into the listing.

5. SEO

Complete:

* Focus Keyphrase
* Meta Title
* Meta Description

using our instructions.

6. Save

Save the completed listing.

Repeat until 20 listings have been completed.

When finished, send one email containing the URLs of all 20 updated listings.

Task 2 – Publish 3 Blog Articles

We will provide a folder containing:

* Blog article
* Featured image

For each blog:

* Create a new WordPress post.
* Upload the featured image.
* Follow our formatting guidelines.
* Set the correct category.
* Add the SEO information provided.
* Schedule publication:
* Tuesday
* Thursday
* Saturday

After finishing all three blog posts, send one email containing the URLs of the scheduled posts.
