JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Canva Mockup Specialist to join our team on a part-time, ongoing basis. This role involves taking our existing Canva template and editing it with each client's images, logo and colour scheme to create a personalised website mockup then uploading the finished files to Google Drive.

This is not a full-time role - expect roughly 1-2 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday depending on daily client/prospect activity. Turnaround is strict: mockups need to be completed within a few hours of assignment or by the next day at the very latest.

Training will be provided and there will be a paid test trial before an ongoing arrangement is confirmed (details discussed directly with shortlisted applicants).

Responsibilities:

* Edit our Canva mockup template with client-specific images, logo and colours
* Redesign the Canva mockup with a new concept if there is a new niche or client
* Deliver completed mockups within strict same-day/next-day timelines
* Upload finished files to Google Drive following our naming/folder conventions
* Communicate quickly and clearly on task status and any issues

Requirements:

* Strong proficiency with Canva
* Able to work to strict, fast turnaround times
* Quick, reliable communication
* Good attention to detail, especially matching brand colours/logo placement
* Available Monday to Friday for short daily bursts of work
