About us: We're a growing e-commerce brand selling products across 10+ European markets (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland and more). We need a video editor who can turn raw footage into short-form content for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts, in multiple languages.
The work:
We send you raw footage or a brief. You edit it and send back a finished video. No meetings, no long back and forth, just good work delivered fast.
What we need:
- CapCut expert. You know the software, no learning curve
- E-commerce experience. You've edited videos that actually sell, not just look nice
- Some dropshipping or ecom background helps, since you'll understand why hooks and pacing matter for ads
- ElevenLabs experience, since we use AI voiceovers and need them synced properly across different language versions
- Comfortable adapting one video into several languages (subtitles, voiceover swaps, text changes)
- At least 2 years editing experience
- You bring ideas, not just clean cuts. We don't want a cookie-cutter edit
- 12-24 hour turnaround on standard videos
- A portfolio. This part is not negotiable
- You ask questions upfront and deliver on time
To apply, you need to:
1. Send your CV and a separate document with your recent work (clients, projects, links). CV alone isn't enough, and if it's missing we won't reply.
2. Send 4-5 links to recent e-commerce or product videos you've edited. Bonus if any are multi-language or ad adaptations.
3. Tell us your fastest turnaround for a polished 20 second video without cutting corners, and what you'd charge for it.
What happens after that: we look through everything you send. If it looks good, we hop on a quick 10 minute call to make sure we're on the same page. Then you get a paid test video. If that goes well, you're in for ongoing work.
Pay: $4-8 per video depending on experience. Tell us what you think you're worth.
We want someone who knows their craft, is reliable and easy to work with, takes ownership, and actually wants long-term work, not a one-off gig.
If that's you, apply, but only if you're sending the full documentation above. Incomplete applications get ignored.
