JOB OVERVIEW

About the role

I'm building a music label and looking for a talented, reliable music producer for a long-term, full-time remote position (monthly salary). This is ongoing daily work with consistent output targets — not a one-off gig.

Genre focus: Lofi, Jazzy House, and related chilled/downtempo house styles — warm, groovy, laid-back instrumentals only, no vocals.

What you'll do

Produce original, release-ready instrumental tracks in the styles above
Mix and master to a professional, streaming-ready standard
Hit a consistent monthly output target
Take creative direction from reference tracks I provide

Requirements

Proven music production experience (portfolio/links required)
A real feel for lofi / jazzy / house grooves — warm chords, swing, mood
Strong skills in at least one DAW: FL Studio, Ableton Live, or Logic Pro
Good, clear English communication
Organized, reliable, deadline-driven

Originality & proof
Every track must be your own original production and fully owned/transferable to me (see Rights). For each delivery, include separated stems. I may occasionally ask for a short screen-recording of your DAW session for a random track — please be able to provide this on request.

Purely AI-generated tracks (e.g. a finished Suno/Udio export with no real production work) are not accepted — not for quality reasons, but because they can't be exclusively owned or copyright-protected, which this role requires. Using AI as a tool inside your own production is fine, as long as the finished track is genuinely produced by you and the rights transfer cleanly.

Rights
All tracks are work-for-hire. Full copyright and ownership transfer to me upon payment, confirmed with a signed agreement. You will not release, resell, or reuse any track produced for this role.

Compensation

Salary is based on your output and quality, and is open to discussion. Tell me in your application what monthly output you can realistically commit to (tracks per month) and your salary expectation, and we'll agree on a fair fixed monthly rate from there.
