JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview

We're looking for a creative and reliable TikTok Video Creator to manage and grow multiple animal-niche TikTok accounts (some with up to 500K followers). You'll be responsible for coming up with fresh video ideas and producing 2–3 videos per day across the accounts you manage.

This is a long-term, ongoing role for someone who understands what makes animal content go viral (cute, funny, oddly satisfying, heartwarming, wildlife facts, pet fails, etc.) and can consistently churn out engaging short-form content.

Responsibilities
Research and generate daily video ideas in the animal niche (trending sounds, formats, hooks, viral patterns)
Source or repurpose animal video clips/footage in line with content guidelines
Edit and produce 2–3 finished TikTok videos per day, per account assigned
Write engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags optimized for reach
Track what's performing well and double down on winning formats
Manage posting schedule across multiple TikTok accounts
Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and algorithm changes relevant to the animal/pet niche
Requirements
Proven experience managing or growing TikTok accounts (please share examples/links, ideally in the animal, pet, or entertainment niche)
Strong understanding of short-form video editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush, or similar)
A good eye for hooks, pacing, and what keeps viewers watching
Ability to work independently and hit a daily content quota without close supervision
Comfortable using content research tools (TikTok Creative Center, trending sounds, competitor tracking, etc.)
Reliable internet connection and own equipment for editing
Good written English for captions/comments
Nice to Have
Experience running "faceless" or content-repurposing TikTok accounts
Familiarity with TikTok's monetization/creator fund and account growth tactics
Basic knowledge of copyright-safe sourcing for animal clips
