JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant who has worked in the role for at least 2 years and is comfortable working independently.

Your main responsibility will be to contribute to brand positioning, funnel optimisation, high ticket client and audience growth, and community engagement across social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and our mentoring platform (Skool).

What You’ll Do
- Plan a content calendar using research and social media knowledge.
- Schedule multi-platform posts weekly using provided media.
- Write high-converting, SEO-optimised captions and articles/blog posts.
- Proactively advise on UK trends, content positioning, and hooks.
- Optimise funnels to drive traffic into our Skool community.
- Execute authentic outreach across target accounts, industry peers and leads.
- Track completed work and report on your progress.
- Create instructional documents and outreach emails.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years managing and growing social media accounts for business mentors, business coaches, financial coaches, corporate leaders, real estate brands, or high-ticket service providers based in the UK, US or Australia.
- Excellent written English
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools while making the final writing sound completely natural.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.

Nice to have
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, ManyChat, Canva, Notion and Skool.
