JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and reliable AI Video Editor and Production Virtual Assistant to help build a new English language YouTube channel.

The channel is called Convent Living and is presented by Sister Miriam, a fictional AI created nun. The videos share practical lessons about frugal living, cooking, household habits, peace of mind, and simple living.

Our videos are approximately 13-15 minutes long. For the beginning. They combine a consistent AI avatar, realistic documentary style AI footage, stock footage, generated images, captions, music, and sound effects.

This is a long term, part time opportunity for someone who wants to help develop a channel from the beginning.

What We Provide

For every video, you will receive:

• A finished English script
• A completed voice over
• A detailed shot list
• Character reference images
• Location reference images
• A visual style guide
• Clear SOP's for the generation and the edit!
- The full HeyGen avatar (avatar 3 for the beginning)

You will not need to write the scripts.

Your Responsibilities

• Turn each script and shot list into a complete YouTube video
• Create realistic AI images and AI video clips
• Keep Sister Miriam and all recurring characters visually consistent
• Animate approved images using image to video tools
• Find suitable, commercially licensed stock footage
• Edit avatar footage, AI footage, stock, graphics, and voice over
• Add subtitles, music, ambient sound, and sound effects
• Create simple on screen graphics and text
• Keep visual changes engaging without making the video feel rushed
• Organize project files, prompts, images, clips, and licenses
• Deliver final videos in 1920 × 1080 resolution
• Deliver editable project files and all original assets
• Help maintain a repeatable production workflow
• Assist with simple YouTube production tasks when needed

The videos should not look futuristic, overly polished, glossy, or obviously AI generated. The prompts are in the SOP's
We prefer natural lighting, authentic skin texture, slightly imperfect documentary framing, simple locations, and believable everyday actions. The pictures are not '' high quality '' look to the refference videos i include at the bottom of this jobpost

Required Skills

• Strong long form YouTube editing skills
• Experience with AI image and video generation
• Experience maintaining consistent AI characters
• Good visual storytelling and pacing
• Ability to follow a detailed shot list
• Strong attention to faces, hands, clothing, food, and background consistency
• Reliable communication
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Organized file management

You do not need to use every tool on this list. We care more about the quality and consistency of your work than the specific software you use.

Important Requirements

• You may not reuse our characters, scripts, prompts, or assets for other clients
• You must review every AI generated image for visual errors
• All final work must be original and suitable for YouTube monetization
• You must be willing to deliver source files and editable project files

Initial Workload

We expect to begin with:

• 4 videos per week
• Approximately 13-15 minutes per video
• Part time hours
• Potential to increase to multiple channels with sister Miriam

If the collaboration goes well, this can become a stable, long term position.

Shortlisted applicants will receive a non-paid trail

The test will be approximately 45 to 60 seconds long. We will provide the script, voice over, Sister Miriam reference image, shot list, and visual instructions.
