About the Role

We’re a fast-growing real estate group in Singapore looking for a skilled Video Editor who can also manage our social media. Our content focuses heavily on talking-head videos, company branding, and a high volume of short-form content (TikToks and Reels) for the Singapore property market.

Since we operate on Singapore time (which matches Philippine time), you’ll work regular daytime hours with no night shifts and no 3:00 A ---------- etings.

We don't care which editing software you use, as long as the final product is great. If you understand the real estate space, know how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds, and use AI tools to work faster, we’d love to chat.

What You’ll Do

:clapper: Video Editing (75% of your time)

Edit clean, engaging talking-head and company culture videos tailored to the Singapore real estate market.
Replicate styles by reverse-engineering viral Reels or TikToks (pacing, style, and vibe), or research and learn new formats independently.
Create daily short-form content that holds attention using strong pacing, b-roll, captions, motion graphics, and clean sound design.
Utilize AI tools (like OpusClip, Descript, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up workflows and improve output quality.
:iphone: Social Media Management (25% of your time)

Schedule and post daily across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook during peak Singapore hours.
Write engaging captions and hashtags to capture and funnel property buyers and sellers to our Inside Sales Team.
Track weekly analytics (retention, reach, watch time) and adapt strategies based on performance data.
Maintain an organized content calendar and video library.
What You Need

Good Spoken English: Clear verbal communication for calls, sharing ideas, and feedback.
Proven Results: Demonstrated success in growing a social account (e.g., scaling a page from 10k to 100k+ followers).
Strong Portfolio: Top-tier editing, flawless pacing, and an eye for current short-form trends.
AI Experience: Active use of AI tools in daily workflows with clear examples of time savings.
Proactive Mindset: Ability to bring fresh ideas regarding hooks, trends, and content strategy.
Reliable Setup: A high-performance computer capable of video editing without lag and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps required, 100+ Mbps preferred).
