We are currently seeking a highly motivated, professional, and confident **Virtual Assistant / Credit Consultant** to become a valuable member of our growing team.

This is **not** a typical virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, comfortable speaking in front of groups, and capable of representing our company professionally during live Zoom calls and client interactions.

Position Overview

The Virtual Assistant / Credit Consultant Presenter will be responsible for assisting with client communications, hosting and participating in live Zoo ---------- etings, presenting educational information about credit, and providing outstanding customer support.

The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, well-spoken, organized, and passionate about helping people improve their financial future.

You will serve as one of the faces of our company and must be able to communicate professionally while educating clients in an easy-to-understand manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Host and participate in live Zoo ---------- etings with current and prospective clients.
* Speak confidently and professionally in front of groups during presentations.
* Present company slides and educational presentations using Zoom screen sharing.
* Clearly explain credit-related concepts to clients in a simple and professional manner.
* Answer client questions during live group sessions.
* Assist with onboarding new clients.
* Maintain a positive, energetic, and engaging presence during all virtual meetings.
* Provide excellent customer service through Zoom, email, and messaging platforms.
* Follow company scripts while naturally engaging with clients.
* Represent CR Financial Solutions with professionalism and integrity.
* Help educate clients on the credit restoration process and our services.
* Stay informed on credit repair laws, credit reporting, credit scores, inquiries, collections, charge-offs, and other credit-related topics.
* Assist with administrative tasks when needed.
* Collaborate with management to improve client experience and presentation quality.
* Attend scheduled tea ---------- etings and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant.
* Experience hosting or leading Zoo ---------- etings.
* Experience presenting PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations.
* Previous experience in credit repair, credit consulting, banking, lending, finance, customer service, sales, or financial education.
* Knowledge of FICO scores, credit reports, inquiries, collections, charge-offs, late payments, bankruptcies, repossessions, and other credit-related topics.
* Experience using CRM systems and client management software.
* Familiarity with Zoom features including:

* Screen sharing
* Breakout rooms
* Chat moderation
* Participant management
* Recording meetings
* Polls and Q&A
* Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
