About StoryChat
StoryChat is an SFW AI chat platform centered on original characters and interactive stories. We are building an affiliate program with publishers and creators in AI storytelling, character roleplay, anime, web fiction, fantasy, gaming, and related communities.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Partnerships VA to identify high-quality partners and turn personalized outreach into real affiliate collaborations.

Responsibilities
Research affiliate publishers and partnership opportunities related to AI storytelling, character chat, roleplay, anime, web fiction, fantasy, games, and visual novels.
Use Similarweb and public data to evaluate traffic, main geographies, audience fit, and website quality.
Find public business emails, contact forms, ---------- , X, Telegram, and other appropriate contact routes.
Write and send personalized outreach emails or DMs using our approved messaging and guidance.
Handle follow-ups, organize responses, collect terms, and maintain an accurate CRM or Google Sheet.
Gather information from interested partners, including traffic, placement options, pricing, and affiliate requirements.
Introduce only verified, interested partners to the founder through a group chat or meeting.
Help approved partners receive their private tracking link or code, content assets, and program information.
Submit weekly reports on leads, outreach, replies, active conversations, and verified live placements.

Qualified Partner Criteria
A publisher or website with an audience relevant to StoryChat, including AI, storytelling, character roleplay, anime, web fiction, fantasy, gaming, or similar interests.
At least 50,000 estimated monthly visits based on the recent three-month Similarweb average.
A public business contact method and a verified decision-maker or partnership contact.
No low-quality automated sites, illegal content, bot traffic, forced clicks, or incentive-only traffic.
Highly relevant niche opportunities may be considered with founder approval, even when they do not meet the standard traffic threshold.

Working Principles
No mass copy-paste outreach or spam.
Do not promise fixed fees, exclusive arrangements, commission rates, or product features without founder approval.
A reply or group chat is not a performance result by itself.
Only introduce a partner to the founder after positive interest, traffic verification, decision-maker confirmation, and basic partnership terms have been collected.
Every lead must include a source URL and supporting verification notes.

Hours and Compensation
20 hours per week with a flexible schedule
Base pay: $100 USD per week
Initial 30-day paid evaluation period
Opportunity for a longer-term role and compensation review based on results and fit
Performance bonuses are paid only after a placement is live and validated over 30 days.

First payment: the StoryChat link is live and verified.
Final payment: valid tracked clicks or the first paid conversion is confirmed within 30 days.
Sites under the same owner, domain group, or duplicate network count as one opportunity within 90 days.

Required Experience
At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher partnerships, SEO outreach, creator partnerships, or B2B sales.
Strong written English and professional business communication.
Experience using Similarweb, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or lead databases.
Ability to assess both traffic volume and audience relevance.
Excellent organization, accurate reporting, and thoughtful personalized outreach.
