We are a Fine Art Portrait Studio based in California, USA, seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Concierge and Booking Specialist to become the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you'll guide clients through their portrait experience, answer their questions, and help them book their sessions with confidence.

Responsibilities
As our Client Concierge, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while ensuring our clients have a smooth and memorable experience.
Your responsibilities include:
• Speaking with clients over the phone and explaining our fine art portrait sessions.
• Booking approximately 20–25 qualified client appointments each month (one pers day worked) while maintaining a high level of customer care and professionalism.
• Managing the studio calendar ensuring no gaps and smooth flow of sessions.
• Answering client questions and addressing concerns professionally.
• Answering incoming calls and returning missed calls promptly.

• Assisting clients with appointment rescheduling.
• Completing additional administrative and customer support tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Client Concierge, Booking Specialist, Appointment Setter, or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong computer skills and confidence using various online tools and software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Details
• Position: 30 Hours Per Week | Long-Term Position | Competitive Monthly Salary
• Schedule: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (approximately 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Time)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (PST), plus one weekend per month
• Salary: USD $720–$750 per month
• Start Date: August 2026

Training and Hiring Process
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Please note the following:
• Training is paid at a slightly lower rate while we evaluate performance and ensure the position is the right fit for both parties.
• Applicants will undergo an internet speed test and basic technical assessments (including typing speed and computer proficiency).
• Performance will be closely monitored throughout the training period.
• To ensure consistency during onboarding, time-off requests are generally not permitted during the first five (5) months of employment, except in exceptional circumstances.
