JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for reliable video editors to join my team on an ongoing basis. This is consistent, recurring work, not a one off gig.

What you'll be doing:

Editing 12-15 short-form videos per day (TikTok/Reels/Shorts style). The raw content is already generated, your job is to edit it into clean, scroll stopping clips. Each video takes roughly 5-10 minutes once you're up to speed, so expect around 2 hours of work per day.

What I need from you:

Strong CapCut skills, CapCut pro account
Fast, consistent turnaround — this is volume work, not cinematic production
Reliable communication, if something's unclear, ask, don't guess

Bonus (not required):

Experience with AI tools for content creation or curation - (for future opportunities within the company)

There's room to grow into a larger role with more hours over time for the right person.

Details:

$200/month starting rate (~2 hours/day, 6 days/week)
Paid twice monthly via Wise
