JOB OVERVIEW

Coppice (coppice.ai) builds AI software for construction companies. We are a small US-based team. Our Instagram and Facebook pages are brand new, and we need someone to run them consistently so that we are not the ones doing it.

This is a production and scheduling role, not a strategy role. The hard part is already done.

WHAT IS ALREADY PREPARED FOR YOU

- 17 finished posts: images ready, captions written, alt text written
- A documented brand style guide: exact fonts, colors, and photography style
- 30 written image-generation prompts so you can produce new images in our style without guessing
- A written list of content rules you must follow

You are not starting from a blank page. You are executing a system that exists.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Schedule our existing posts using Meta Business Suite Planner
- Generate new images from our prompt document using AI image tools
- Cut short vertical videos (Reels) from footage we provide
- Reply to comments and DMs, and pass real sales enquiries to us
- Send us a short weekly summary: what posted, what got engagement

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong written English. You will write captions and reply to comments in English.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite or a similar scheduling tool
- Experience with at least one AI image tool (Midjourney, Ideogram, Firefly, or similar)
- Basic vertical video editing. CapCut is completely fine.
- Reliability. This job is mostly about showing up every single week.

NICE TO HAVE

- Any exposure to construction, trades, or B2B software
- Canva or Figma

NON-NEGOTIABLE CONTENT RULES

We sell to construction companies, and they check details. You must never:

- Invent statistics, results, or performance numbers
- Create fake people, fake employee ID badges, or fake customer names
- Present an AI-generated mockup as a real photograph of a real thing

If you are ever unsure whether something is true, ask us. We would much rather answer a question than fix a false claim after it is public. This matters more to us than posting speed.

HOURS AND PAY

Part time, roughly 10 to 15 hours per week to start. 5 USD per hour, or we can agree a fixed monthly rate for an agreed number of posts, whichever you prefer. Paid twice per month.

There is room to grow into more hours as we increase output.

HOW TO APPLY
